F.A.Q.

  1. I paid for a course and cannot get to the test, help!
    No problem, simply pay again and click "return to merchant" on the next page. Paypal will tell you that your item is being shipped, do not pay attention to this. Look below for the button that will take you back to our site and the test, then send us an email stating that you paid twice for a course and we will quickly reverse your payment. If you are not in a hurry to complete the course, you can email us and ask for the test to be emailed to you. Just give us the name that you paid under, and use the same email address that you used when making payment whenever possible.


  2. I cannot download the study material for the course.
    You should be able to right click on the "Study Material" button and left click "save as", then choose where you want to save it and click"save." If you keep the study material open in one window while you test in another, it will save you the cost of printing the material. If you are unable to view it, simply email us (include which course(s) you wish to take) and we will send you the course material in a reply.


  3. Are your contact hours accepted by my Licensing Board?
    We are accredited by the Florida Board of Nursing (Provider Number NCE3303.) Most state nursing boards will accept continuing education credits from a Florida Board of Nursing provider. California requires all courses taken within the state of California to be from a California provider. We are not a California provider. Florida Requires that certain courses such as HIV/AIDS, domestic Violence and Prevention of Medical Errors be from a Florida Provider. It is the responsibility of the participant to check with their licensing board if in doubt before purchasing any courses from Excellence In Learning.


  4. I got booted off-line and am unable to get back to the test, what do I do now?
    No problem, email us at excellenceinlearning@gmail.com and give your name and state that you were unable to test. Your test will be emailed to you promptly. If you paid under a different name, please give that name also so we can look it up. If you need your certificate right away, it is best that you pay for it again, then click on "return to merchant". Then send us an email afterward stating that you paid twice for a course. We will refund one of your payments ASAP!


  5. I am a Physical Therapist, or Electrologist, will your courses meet the requirements of my licensing board?
    We suggest that you only take HIV with us, you will not get credit for our other courses on your transcript.


  6. What is CE Broker? Does Excellence In Learning register with CE Broker?
    Excellence In Learning participates in the reporting process to CE Broker. We report course completions on a weekly basis to CE Broker, under new Florida Statues 456.025(7), providing that you are licensed in the state of FL. If you are applying for a FL license bye ndorsement, or initially, your certificate is your temporary proof of completion until you receive a FL license number. If you ever need a copy of one or more certificates, simply email us and ask for one.

    If you would like your course credits reported to CE Broker right away, just email us and ask. In most all cases we will report your CEUs on the same day if you request it.

    Subscription for licensees in strictly voluntary, but it will allow you to see your own transcript in CE Broker. Otherwise you should keep your own records to make sure you are in compliance. You are responsible to make sure you are in compliance, and CE Broker is the compliance determination system for FL and other states.   7. What if I do not pass the test?
    In the unlikely event that you do not pass the test, you will be given the option to retake the test. If you still do not receive a passing grade (70%), email us and ask for a test. It will be manually graded to eliminate any errors that could occur in the system.


  8. What if I need a replacement certificate?
    Simply email us, and give your name. We will email you a copy of your certificate free of charge.


  9. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
    Yes, all payments go through the secured server at Paypal. You do not need an account with them, and we never receive your credit/ debit card information, only a transaction ID number. If you do not have a Paypal account, or do not wish to use it, look for the instructions on screen to pay with a credit or debit card.
