Course Accreditation

Excellence In Learning is certified by the American Red Cross in 14 Florida Counties and is accredited by Florida Board Of Nursing (FBN 3303). Most states will accept Florida Continuing Education Courses for licensure requirements. If in doubt, check with Your Board of Nursing.

These Courses are not approved For California or Iowa. California and Iowa requires that courses taken within the state are accredited by their state. You may elect to take them for general knowledge but may not apply towards licensure. Delaware and Utah have some limitations as well, and some courses may not be accepted for licensure renewal.  Check with your Board of Nursing if you are not sure before purchasing.

Florida Requires that courses in AIDS, and Domestic Violence be provided by a Florida Provider. Kentucky Requires that that courses in AIDS, and Domestic Violence be provided by a Kentucky Provider.

It is the responsibility of the Healthcare Professional to stay current on continuing education requirements for your state. We report continuing education completed by Florida Nurses to CE BROKER under the new regulations of the Florida Board of Nursing.

The following table should help you determine your contact hour requirements. Again, contact your Board Of Nursing if you have questions about if Florida Provider Courses are accepted in your state.
